2022 CUREC Council Event: Catalyst - Property Tour, Panel and Reception

Join the CU Real Estate Center, its members and guests on a tour of Catalyst, one of the first class A office developments built in RiNo. Centrally located in Denver’s RiNo district, the Catalyst campus is a revolutionary environment where thought leaders can easily create, collaborate and carry out advancements in wellness. As an industry integrator, Catalyst is home to world-class trailblazers from private enterprise, government, academia and the nonprofit sector. Following the tour will be a panel conversation along with Catalyst’s developer, Carl Koelbel, along with other developers and leaders in RiNo to discuss the ever evolving changes and themes of the neighborhood. Please join us following the panel for a reception including hors d’oeuvres and a hosted bar.
