Taylor Craven, Assistant Director of Leave Programs for the University of Colorado system, will provide an overview of FMLA and FAMLI, and address the regulatory importance of both programs. Taylor will provide academic leaders with guidance on accurately discussing FMLA and FAMLI with employees, how to respond appropriately and supportively to employee inquiries and requests, and how to access available resources for assistance with FMLA and FAMLI.
