You’ve taken the mandatory PRR Skillsoft training. You know it is your responsibility to respond to concerns about unprofessional behavior. This workshop will lay out the specifics on what to do when someone brings you a concern: how to conduct an inquiry; what to do if it is false; what to do if it is true; how to use informal responses, education, and remedial measures to address unprofessional conduct; and when to use sanctions. Learn what to do when you have a concern, what to expect when a concern is about you, and how the appeal process works.
