The AB Nexus is excited to sponsor a research blitz event in conjunction with the launch of the Research Collaboration Grant program.  The goal is to cultivate connections across Anschutz and Boulder campuses to facilitate opportunities for collaboration.

Call for presenters

AB Nexus is seeking approximately 24 participants to present their research in four-minute, lightning-round sessions.

Those interested in presenting should indicate so on the registration form (forthcoming) and register by Friday, August 14th. Selected presenters will be notified via email by Tuesday, August 18th and will be provided with a slide template to prepare in advance of the event.

Research questions of interest include:

Basic Science Approaches:

  • What challenges related to human well-being could be investigated via unique collaborations between two or more disciplines?

  • What new discoveries related to the study of disease and other factors that negatively impact human well-being could be achieved?

Translational Approaches:

  • What unmet needs related to operations within clinical science, clinical systems, health services, population health, environmental science or social science could inform and drive the development of novel research technologies and capabilities?

  • What opportunities are there for two or more disciplines to come together to translate innovations that positively impact humans, patients, practice, or population health

Please email ABNexus_SeedGrants@colorado.edu with any questions.
