Strategies for Managing Post-Election Stress: An ICoP Community Meeting

Inclusive Communities of Practice (ICoP) meetings provide opportunities where faculty, staff and students can talk openly about addressing issues of inequity and oppression, and work on developing inclusive practices for everyday lived experiences on campus, in the classroom, research environments, and in the workplace. These sessions are 75-minute meetings organized around a topic related to inclusion, equity, social justice, and human interaction. These structured dialogues allow for brave and honest conversation between faculty, staff and students.

Each session includes 15 minutes of networking and community building, 25 minutes of presentation, 15 minutes of small group work, 15 minutes of large group discussion, and a 5 minute reflective pair-share.

This session will take place on Zoom.

Join the ICoP Canvas page for more information, and to engage with a self-paced reading and reflection course for anti-racist pedagogy.
