Active Learning and Group Work in Classes of Any Size

Facilitated by Jenny Knight, Associate Professor of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology.

Students benefit from working in groups, and there are many different ways one can organize and implement group work in courses of any size. We will discuss best practices for forming groups, different kinds of group work, accountability, and effective implementation. Bring questions and ideas, and we will work together to help you and your students get the most out of your course.
