Adaptive Fitness Training Series

Learn how to incorporate adaptive training into your cardio, strength and stretching routines. This program will focus on a different area of training each session. Participants will have an opportunity to work with our personal training staff to receive personalized instruction and ideas for implementing new techniques into their own workout programs.

Co-hosted with Disability Services. No previous experience is required. Space is limited, registration required.
