Adolescents, Smartphones, and Social Media: Promoting Positive Relationships

A focus group will meet over Zoom, consisting of 30 to 40 females ages 11-14, and will provide a team of curriculum developers (teachers, community partners, and CU Boulder undergraduate students) with insights into the most effective pedagogies and practices for improving students relationships with smartphones and social media. Assessment of the outcomes of the focus group during the 2021-2022 school year will be used to inform the curriculum design for the launch of the full Digital Wellness Program in summer of 2022.

The group will meet consistently 1-2 times per month for 60-90 minutes, during the academic year 2021-2022. If you know an 11-14 year old female interested in participating please contact annie@colorado.edu.
