The AllSTAARs Task Force helps foster community and belonging within the institute. It is the largest and most inclusive committee. All INSTAARs are invited to participate, whether you are new or a longtime member of the community.

This semester's schedule will incorporate community building and reflection along with sessions on reporting incivilities and supporting our international community members.

• Join us as we learn to use our INSTAAR Community Agreements to better address challenging moments and persistent conflicts. Teresa Wroe (OIEC) and Burke Hilsabeck (Faculty Relations) will guide a session that includes an overview of available resources as well as skills-based practice for effective engagement as we work together to create a positive and productive culture at INSTAAR.
