About this Event
The Boulder Alt. Protein Project presents our second journal club meeting of the semester. We'll be reading “The effect of information content on acceptance of cultured meat in a tasting context”, a scientific article published just last year by the father of cultured meat, Dr. Mark Post and his colleagues in the Netherlands. At this event, you should expect to learn as we present an accessible summary of the insights that the authors of this article uncovered through their research. Afterwards, together we will discuss consumer acceptance of cultured meat and best marketing strategies.
