This workshop consists of lecture format, case studies, and classroom discussion in a collaborative environment. The class combines both financial theory and practical real-world examples so all attendees will benefit from the class regardless of their individual backgrounds. By the end of the class, attendees will have a firm understanding of how to use the software and will be well prepared to analyze real estate in a high production environment. CU graduate professor Will Robb will be instructing in-person at CU Boulder for this 2-day workshop. This workshop’s objective is to prepare you to sit for the ARGUS certification exam. If you intend to pursue an internship or job as a real estate analyst, underwriter, broker, developer, or any other opportunity on the buy-side of real estate, strongly consider taking advantage of this opportunity! Recommended Prerequisites Undergraduate real estate students: Completed REAL 3000 (Principles) by 15th December Completed REAL 4100 (Finance) by 15th December Graduate real estate students: Completed MBAX 6610 or MSBC 5610 (RE Finance) by December 15th.
