About this Event
Artists and scientists Patrick Chandler and Emmanuelle Vital will discuss art + science + community action guidelines developed through interviews with expert practitioners.
This is part one of a four-part virtual workshop series, and will focus on the specifics of gathering partners and explore how possible art + science partnership projects fit into community contexts. Artist Marda Kirn, founding director of EcoArts Connections (EAC), and CU Boulder Climate Scientist Atreyee Bhattacharya join the conversation to address these themes.
Please join us for all four workshops to learn about this innovative, relationship-focused approach to collaborations intended to address pressing and interrelated environmental and social issues. Other dates include March 17, April 21 and May 19.
Feel free to listen in or participate during dinner!
