DESCRIPTION:Navigating Creativity\, Collaboration… and Life: Owning How YOU
Show Up \n \n\nAbstract: \nThis energizing interactive discussion explore
s the challenges and opportunities of collaborating on complex creative pro
jects. From uncertainty\, fear and a lack of control\, a lot can get in the
way of a smooth experience. \n\n\nBy raising our awareness of how WE show
up as individuals – noticing our own patterns and stress responses and taki
ng ownership of our own behaviors – while shifting towards a more mindful\,
values-based experience\, we open the door to smoother\, more enjoyable an
d more successful collaborations.\n\n\nOf course\, the impact of such a pow
erful shift extends far beyond specific projects. As our consciousness grow
s\, we develop more personal agency and capacity to show up intentionally i
n all areas of our life. Suddenly we’re in charge in a whole new way. We ca
n envision more possibilities and take action to make the ideal real. \n\nB
