Join us for a casual playdate, where we will gather and engage in a hands-on opportunity to play and learn using B2's advanced performance technologies. The focus of this playdate is LIGHTS!

'Traditional' venue infrastructure. 'Smart' interactive systems. 'Hyper-sync' DMX programming. 'Left-field' DIY electronics: Whether a project is big or small, commercially or creatively driven, how do we address high-level considerations like color theory, dramatic arc, and storytelling, while not simply getting lost down in the trenches of the countless buttons to press and knobs to turn?

Traditional lighting design principles 'vs' extreme tech-forward approaches: What combination of technologies are needed to confront this creative conundrum?

Sean Winters, Monica Bowker, and Jonathan Spencer will be hanging out to facilitate this casual Playdate @ B2 to explore these questions using the Black Box's state-of-the-art lighting technologies.
