The purpose of Becoming an Inclusive Leader series is to provide supervisors, managers, and leaders at CU Boulder with the knowledge and skills to lead their teams to be more inclusive, equitable, and create a sense of belonging. CU Boulder is committed to advancing the IDEA Plan and building an inclusive culture on campus. This series will provide leaders with actionable strategies to move their organizations forward in DEI.
