This 4-day course will teach you the basics of scuba and prepare you to become NAUI certified. You will need to bring a swimsuit, t-shirt, socks for the pool, paper and a pen. Diving equipment is provided.

Requirements:
• Participants must be Rec Center members
• Participants must have basic swimming skills and be able to swim 200 yards using strokes other than the doggy paddle
• Participants must be able to hold their breath under water

Please note: If you have epilepsy or asthma, you must provide a physician's note in order to participate.
