Black Table Talk

Feeling isolated, alone, misunderstood, and helpless is a common experience of many Black people attending Predominantly White Institutions (PWIs).

Join CAPS and the Center for African & African American Studies (CAAAS) for a drop-in workshop where we talk about common issues and topics within the Black community while centering on Black wellness and mental health. Our aim is to foster a sense of comradery and belongingness in a casual yet meaningful way.

Stop by Macky Auditorium for an in-person social hour from 1-2 p.m., followed by the workshop from 2-3 p.m.

Thursday, November 30 at 1:00pm to 3:00pm
