February is American Heart Month! High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is a leading cause of heart disease, stroke and kidney disease. Hypertension is often called a “silent killer” because may not have any symptoms. Employee Health and Well-being will provide blood pressure checks and explain why it helps to “know your numbers.” Pop by C4C N200 for a blood pressure check and grab a heart-healthy snack!
