Buffs Back Together Recognition Event

Chancellor Philip DiStefano and the university executive leadership are setting the course for a new academic year with an Aug. 11 event on Farrand Field for faculty, staff and graduate students. The Buffs Back Together recognition event from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. is designed to kick off the academic year by reengaging and sharing food, drink and each other’s company.

The event will feature a catered lunch, a DJ and fun activities ranging from lawn games to chair massages and therapy dogs. Those planning to attend the lunch are asked to register here. Supervisors are encouraged to support participation.

All registrants are eligible for prize drawings during the event (winners need not be present). In consideration of personal comfort levels at in-person events, this event is voluntary.

Complimentary parking will be available in Lots 306 and 308, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.; space is limited.
