Build Your Research and Writing Toolkit

This is a “bootcamp” style workshop for Engineering students. Learn about tools and develop your skills to become a stronger, more efficient researcher & writer at a workshop on literature research, data management, and writing for engineering graduate students.  Enjoy snacks and caffeinated beverages as well.  

Engineering Librarian Emily Dommermuth will help you learn efficient literature review practices, and help you manage your sources and citations with Zotero.

Data Services Librarian Katie Mika will introduce simple data management strategies for cleaning, storing, analyzing, sharing, and archiving your research data. 

Writing professor Shannon Leone will share strategies for writing clearly and concisely, presenting data, and properly referencing others’ work.
