About this Event
Rico Nasty, a rapper, singer and songwriter who recently released her debut album Nightmare Vacation, will give a CU virtual performance and talk on Feb. 23. Nasty is being hosted by the Cultural Events Board, or CEB, a CU Boulder student-led organization.
The free event will take place on Zoom at 6 p.m. (MST) and is open only to CU Boulder students (undergraduate and graduate), faculty and staff. Virtual attendees are asked to pre-register. Attendance is limited to 3,000 attendees. Audience members are encouraged to submit questions when they pre-register.
“CEB really wanted to step away from a traditional speaker-interview format this year, in light of the challenges the pandemic has presented to the CU Boulder community,” said Anuja Gore, chair of the Cultural Events Board. “Rico Nasty is an artist who continuously experiments with her music, and has pushed the bounds of hyperpop and hip-hop culture. The Board is incredibly excited to watch her perform and explore what influences and inspires her music.”
