Join our Prepare for the Fair Employer Resume Critique Session to help get your resume in tip-top shape before the CMCI fair!

A variety of employer partners will be available to chat through resume tips and tricks, and help you get your own resume looking great! If you are interested in participating, please follow the steps below!

1. Choose which employers you want to meet with! Go to On-Campus Interviews in Handshake and view the list. Participating employers will have CMCI Resume Critiques listed in their title. *In Handshake, go to the Jobs tab at the top of your Handshake home page, then click on On-Campus Interviews.

2. Apply to their "job" (time slot schedule). Click on the employer schedule you are interested in. Click on the linked job, and "apply" by submitting your resume. *You are not actually applying for a job, but submitting your resume ensures that the person you will be chatting with will have it for your meeting!

3. Select your time slot! Once you have applied, you will have access to the schedule. This is where you can choose a time slot that fits into your schedule. (These are 15-minute time slots.) *Note: If you do not sign up for a slot right away, you can find it again later - the schedule will appear in your "On-Campus Interviews" tab on Handshake. Go to Jobs Tab at the top → click on On-Campus Interviews → click on the Virtual Employer Chat you want to sign up for → sign up for a slot to chat by clicking Take Slot.

4. Make sure you know where to go for your critique time! A link will appear in the Interviewer section of your time slot and will be there any time you log into Handshake and view your time slot.
