In 2021 Gov. Polis signed HB21-1318, establishing the Colorado Outdoor Equity Grant Program. The purpose of the COEGP is to increase access and opportunity for underserved youth and their families to experience Colorado's open spaces, state parks, public lands and other outdoor areas.

Join the Office for Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion for a panel discussion with representatives from COEGP about why making Colorado's outdoor areas more equitable is so important. This discussion will be moderated by Parker McMullen Bushman, an environmental and outdoor social justice activist based in Colorado.
