Come learn about our newly upgraded Colorado Scale Model Solar System (CSMSS) and Wanderers cell phone app. The new CSMSS design is base upon the scale model installed outside of the Air and Space Museum in Washington DC, which was in turn inspired by our original CSMSS. A novel addition to our new physical model is an innovative geospatial cell phone app that allows users to “hear” a sonification of planets as they “virtually orbit” around the campus in two dimensions. After the presentation in the theater, we'll take a short walk and explore the model firsthand.
