Faculty and Staff, Colorful Women is a process/support group for self-identified BIPOC women to connect, dialogue, celebrate and support each other’s whole authentic selves through an intersectional lens. Common themes discussed include, but are not limited to, stress management and mental health concerns, race, ethnicity, gender, empowerment, resiliency, interpersonal relationships, and professional adjustment and achievement. This space is often viewed as a “reservoir,” a safe, supportive, environment designed to unify BIPOC women to overcome challenges. This workshop is limited to 20 participants.
