Commencement Ceremony

The entire campus community, including family and friends, is invited to the commencement 2023 ceremony at Folsom Field. To prepare, read Folsom Field clear bag, safety and concessions info. Also, get parking and shuttle info. Then join the big day for:

• A reading of the CU Boulder Land Acknowledgement.
• Remarks by Chancellor Philip DiStefano.
• A congratulatory message from CU President Todd Saliman.
• The commencement speaker address.
• The Senior Class Council address.
• The traditional senior class celebratory video.
• A presentation of the Chancellor’s Recognition Awards and Outstanding Graduates. 
• The conferral of degrees.
• A welcome to the Forever Buffs family.
• A reading of the Norlin Charge by the University of Colorado Board of Regents.
• A performance of the Alma Mater.

Tickets are not required to attend.
