Community Representatives help balance accountability and reflection when students are referred to CU Restorative Justice as a conduct resolution or municipal court outcome. Your role and input can:

• Encourage Buffs to repair harm.
• Create a judgement free, open-minded environment. 
• Support students in restoring and improving relationships.
