Compassion Fatigue: Prevention and Resiliency

Compassion fatigue used to be a problem that was most commonly seen among health care professionals. However, it is not unusual to see some of our most skilled, caring, and compassionate "helpers" succumb to compassion fatigue. Join us to become aware of common signs of burn out and compassion fatigue and learn more compassion vulnerability factors. This workshop will help build and add to your tools for compassion fatigue resiliency. There is no cost to attend.
