This two-hour, interactive workshop is available for any SA employee wanting to gain further awareness of their own conflict styles and knowledge of how others interact in disagreements. Workshop highlights include:

• an understanding of a well-known conflict style assessment
• an in-depth look at how individuals’ different cultural backgrounds play a role in escalation and impact conflict management.
