About this Event
Join us to celebrate and learn about Native American & Indigenous Heritage Month with Indigenous foods from Tocabe, Ch’il Indigenous, and La Reyna Del Sur. Hands-on activities will include a beading workshop by Oyate Native Enterprises and a fry bread-making activity with Lila Crank.
This event is in partnership with the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES), Oyate Native American and Indigenous Student organization, the Center for Native American and Indigenous Studies (CNAIS), the Center for Inclusion and Social Change (CISC), CU American Indian Law Clinic, and the CU Native Graduate Student Group.
Foodie Tuesdays is a recurring weekly event organized by EC that provides food and opportunities for 1st year engineering students to connect with their peers, staff, and campus departments!
