About this Event
Thriving at CU is a professional development program for tenure-track, teaching, and clinical faculty designed to promote a sense of belonging, community, and ownership. The workshops and dialogues are sessions that provide faculty many of the tools not only needed to be successful here, but also to feel at home at CU Boulder.
This panel discussion is designed to help new faculty mentor undergraduate and graduate students effectively by offering insights on themes such as establishing great mentor-mentee relationships, promoting diversity and inclusion in mentoring, mentoring for career development, and navigating challenging conversations.
