Join us for the grand opening of the CU Recharge Program on Wednesday, Feb. 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the third floor of the Center for Academic Success and Excellence (CASE).

Hosted by Employee Health and Well-being in partnership with EGYM, this kickoff event introduces a new, convenient way for faculty and staff to recharge during the workday through short, energizing micro-workouts. The EGYM circuit includes one biometric hub and five smart strength machines that together create a quick, full-body workout.

This new pilot, designed for faculty and staff only, is centrally located on the third floor of the Center for Academic Success and Excellence. It's inclusive of all fitness levels, and easy to use—each station takes as little as 60 seconds and can be completed in work clothes.

All faculty and staff are invited to stop by to see the space, learn how it works, and experience how small movement breaks can make a big impact on your day. 💪

Participation includes an initial onboarding session with a training specialist from EGYM or CU Rec Services trainer, after which faculty and staff can use the machines whenever it fits into their work schedule.
