 nesday\, Feb. 4\, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the third floor of the Center f
 or Academic Success and Excellence (CASE).\n\nHosted by Employee Health and
  Well-being in partnership with EGYM\, this kickoff event introduces a new\
 , convenient way for faculty and staff to recharge during the workday throu
 gh short\, energizing micro-workouts. The EGYM circuit includes one biometr
 ic hub and five smart strength machines that together create a quick\, full
 -body workout.\n\nThis new pilot\, designed for faculty and staff only\, is
  centrally located on the third floor of the Center for Academic Success an
 d Excellence. It's inclusive of all fitness levels\, and easy to use—each s
 tation takes as little as 60 seconds and can be completed in work clothes.\
 n\nAll faculty and staff are invited to stop by to see the space\, learn ho
 w it works\, and experience how small movement breaks can make a big impact
  on your day. 💪 \n\nParticipation includes an initial onboarding session wi
 th a training specialist from EGYM or CU Rec Services trainer\, after which
  faculty and staff can use the machines whenever it fits into their work sc
 hedule.
