The African Student Association’s annual Tour of Africa magic is back for the first time since the pandemic.

All are invited to this celebration of the African diaspora, which aims to share the vibrancy and diversity of African traditions firsthand. The event will include cultural foods, music and performances. This year’s theme, “Love on the Motherland,” incorporates simulated weddings to provide attendees with a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of the different African cultures.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Food will start being served at 5 p.m., and the event will begin at exactly 6 p.m. The event is free, but registration is required.

Tour of Africa is sponsored by CU student groups, including the African Students Association, Cultural Events Board and CU Student Government.
