While the holiday season can be busy and stressful time of year for many people, it doesn’t have to be. In this session, we will cover practices to help you move through the holidays with more ease, balance, and true care for yourself and others.

  • Find balance and joy during the holidays  
  • Manage stress during the busy holiday season  
  • Practice self-care as well as care for others during this time  

Who should attend

This workshop is intended for Any CU Boulder faculty or staff member who wants to learn more about balance, self-care and stress management during the holiday seasons.

Facilitator: Christine Gust, MBA Doctor of Naturopathy

The theme of Christine's sessions are centered around her mission to support people who want to break out of old paradigms and limiting behaviors to create innovations and new possibilities, both personally and professionally. Incorporating recent findings in psychology and neuroscience, expertise in innovative techniques, and practical business experience, Christine teaches employers and their staff how to identify and transform counterproductive behaviors that negatively impact their performance, health, and satisfaction. In addition to 10 years in private practice, Christine earned an MBA and Doctor of Naturopathy degrees and builds on 15 years in Human Resources management.
