About this Event
CUmulus is a new cloud computing resource hosted by CU Research Computing that enables CU Boulder researchers to create applications and workflows that may not fit as well into the traditional high performance computing environment. CUmulus offers the ability to create and administer custom Linux virtual machines (VMs) for a variety of applications. CUmulus is free-to-use, and is an ideal entry into cloud computing for novice users who may not yet be comfortable using commercial cloud providers.
Please join us via Zoom for an informal CUmulus "Lunch-n-Learn" on Wednesday, 8 December from 12:00p-12:30p MT. We will provide a brief demo of the service, discuss appropriate use cases, and answer questions. Registration is required.
