Training overview:
Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution (SCCR) is offering a free facilitator training session.
 
As a facilitator, you will learn to create an open and safe space for students and community representatives as an unbiased leading figure in the restorative justice process. Restorative justice is intended to address relationships between victims, offenders and the community in a way that repairs impacts, holds offenders accountable and builds community. 
 
At the end of this training you will: 

  • Be able to address harm in a restorative justice process.
  • Use facilitation skills and active listening.
  • Have engaged in people-centered restorative justice, role plays and DEI training.
