This free decolonial media event brings together scholars and filmmakers to explore Afrotōpia, decolonial cinema in the Global South, and new collaborative research projects. Hosted in the Center for British and Irish Studies Study Room, the afternoon features presentations on Project SIRA, a panel discussion with international experts on decolonial film, and a concluding conversation with Afrotōpia director David Mboussou. The event invites the public to engage with critical perspectives on knowledge production, film, and decolonial practices.
