Find out about the Community Foundation's latest Boulder County TRENDS Report through an interactive discussion hosted by the Outreach and Engagement Professionals Network, Career Services and the Volunteer Resource Center. Chris Barge of the foundation will challenge us to work toward a more equitable Boulder County.

The report addresses questions like: Who deserves to live here? What’s holding some of our students back, while others succeed? How can we best steward a healthy environment? Who’s not participating in our vibrant arts scene? How can we ensure that everyone feels safe and valued?

Barge has lived in Boulder since 2000, when he moved here to report for the Daily Camera. He went on to cover politics for the Rocky Mountain News before changing careers just ahead of the newspaper's closure in 2008. He has worked at the Community Foundation ever since, in various capacities. As vice president of strategic initiatives, he edits the TRENDS Report and helps the foundation tackle pressing community-wide issues.
