The Environmental Board, a joint board of the CU Student Government (CUSG), supports campus sustainability policy, oversees the Environmental Center's $2 million budget, manages the campus-wide Sustainable CU Grants, and guides the program priorities of the nation’s largest student-run environmental center. We have 7 voting seats and unlimited ex-officio seats. 

All majors, Law 1&2, MBA, and graduate students are welcome and encouraged to participate. Good governance takes all of us.

Join a CUSG Environmental board subcommittee to help shape CU Boulder’s sustainability efforts! This semester’s groups focus on circular economy, sustainable transportation, food security, sustainable development, green chemistry, and compost advisory. Meetings take place weekly or biweekly at the Environmental Center from late September through early December. Students of all majors are welcome to get involved and share their ideas.
