Eco-Anxiety Zine Drop-In Workshop

Express your stories, hopes and fears around climate change and ecological disaster during the Eco-Anxiety Zine Drop-In Workshop on Tuesday, March 8 in the Norlin Library Children’s and Young Adult Area, 2nd floor / west side. Drop-in anytime between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to create your zine.

Zines are DIY, personal publications that offer underrepresented voices and alternative perspectives a platform. Zines provide an accessible and creative way for anyone to self-publish.

All zine-making supplies, from magazines to glue sticks, will be provided but feel free to bring any personal materials you would like to include in your zine. Bring your inspiration and raise your voice in a no-pressure, creative environment.

For those curious to learn more about zines, watch a short YouTube video that can serve as a starting point.
