This seminar series led by Leslie Blood, PhD, will consist of weekly one-hour check-ins to support goal setting, planning and provide a clear understanding of how values should drive goals and habit structures. Students will find that these Endurance PhD seminars provide a solid foundation which should reduce stress and help them find their place in the graduate community.

The fall session will begin the week of September 13, 2021 and will run through the end of the semester. All sessions will take place via zoom except for the Thursday sessions, which are specifically for students who prefer to meet in-person every week.

  • First Year: Build Your Base on Wednesdays at 9-10 a.m.

  • Second Year: Fuel on Tuesdays at 9-10 a.m.

  • Third Year: Climb on Mondays at 10-11 a.m.

  • Fourth Year and Beyond: Belt Buckle on Mondays at 9-10 a.m.

  • In-Person Option (any year): Thursdays at 10-11 a.m. - FULL (we have reached our max capacity for our in-person session)
