About this Event
View mapSelf-awareness is an essential part of wellness and personal development. This seminar is an invitation to take a “deep dive” into your strengths, motivation, approach to tasks and relationships, and your personal hang ups. Our goal is to help you apply that knowledge towards holistic wellness.
Dr. Leslie Blood, Director of Graduate Community and Program Development, and guest speaker, Dr. Stacy Gerberich, CAPS Embedded Therapist for the Graduate School, will facilitate a close examination of the Enneagram as we learn to use this model for self-understanding as well as help you overcome self-defeating patterns. Come join us on a journey towards meeting your needs, creating deeper connections with self and others, and pursuing a life aligned with your values.
This 8-week series will take place on Mondays from June 6 - August 1 (with no progarmming on July 4), in CASE, Room E351.
We will offer two in-person options, which will be identical sessions. These will not be broken out by year as previously structured, so feel free to sign up for whichever session works best with your schedule.
Completing this registration form will ensure your spot in the summer seminar series. Please submit your registration by Wednesday, June 1. If you would like to join after that date, reach out to Hailey.Herman@colorado.edu.
All graduate students welcome!
