IBS is excited to host a series of four workshops aimed at examining and promoting equity across the different stages of the research process. The workshops will be led by Dr. Kristine Andrews, a renowned expert on this topic.

Training 1 will introduce concepts of racial equity, the 5 guiding principles underlying this work, and specifically think about the first two phases of a research study: Landscape Assessment and Study Design.

The format will include didactic content delivery with project examples, polls, breakout groups, and Q&A.
