Zebras Unite and MEDLab have spent the past two years building skills and capacity for a more meaningful, lasting exit: an Exit to Community, aka E2C. In 2019–20, we defined E2C by hosting webinars and publishing a primer.

We've been facilitating a 30-person cohort to develop real E2C strategies. Our vision is a community of practice that sees E2C the best option for exit. 

Now, we'd love to introduce you to our cohort and showcase what participants have accomplished so far and what they hope to achieve over the next 6 to 12 months.
