The Well-being & Resilience Community of Practice (WBRCOP) brings together faculty and staff from across campus to explore strategies for supporting personal and professional well-being in higher education. Through monthly gatherings, participants engage in reflective discussions, share experiences, and learn evidence-based practices that promote resilience, reduce burnout, and foster a healthier campus culture.

Whether you're looking to deepen your own well-being practices or support the wellness of your colleagues and students, this community offers space to connect, recharge, and grow together. All CU Boulder faculty and staff are welcome.

We will meet during the lunch hour (12-1 pm MST) on Thursday, September 25 and October 23, via Zoom. We will meet once in person (CASE E-390) during the lunch hour (12:30 -1:30 pm MST) on Thursday, November 6 (lunch will be provided for the in-person dates). Please note the Nov 6 meeting is co-hosted by Employee Work-Well and will take place as part of the Health & Wellness Summit.
