Faculty Tuesdays: Winds of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra

Join Professor of Horn Michael Thornton and his colleagues from the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra (LACO) for an evening of music for winds. In addition to their principal positions with LACO, numerous film and television scores feature these musicians. Tonight's concert will include Beethoven's Quintet for Piano and Winds with Professor David Korevaar; Mozart's Serenade in C Minor, K. 388 with the CU Boulder Graduate Wind Quintet; and former CU Boulder Visiting Professor George Walker's Wind Set.

Renowned CU Boulder College of Music faculty artists perform with students and colleagues in chamber music recitals featuring world premieres and beloved classics. Free most Tuesdays August through March.
