About this Event
Faculty burnout is real. Covid has brought upon increased anxiety, responsibilities, and changes that affect not only learners, but faculty as well. The state of your mental health is important to recognize as you renavigate teaching in post-pandemic times. You are a teacher, a researcher, a mentor, and advisor, often simultaneously, and now you need to help your learners find the resources they need for their mental health. But how do you do that successfully if you have not found the resources for your own Mental Health and Wellbeing? In this session, you will learn about the resources that are available for you as faculty to improve your own wellbeing and hear stories from others across campus about how they overcame burnout? Remember, you are not alone!
Space is limited. Advanced registration is appreciated in order to maintain building and fire code compliance. Click here to RSVP for this event.
Please join us in the Center for Academic Success and Engagement (CASE), E390 (Center for Teaching & Learning) on the third floor at the start of the event.
