This drop in workshop is an opportunity to be led through a powerful guided meditation to undo stress, soothe the nervous system, and feel better. Meditations are open to students, faculty, and staff, and everyone is welcome to attend any week they choose. Participants are encouraged to bring materials for personal comfort that will aid meditation (e.g. yoga mat, a small pillow or cushion, ect.). Please arrive on time, as there is no late admittance.
