Five Ways to Respond to Conflict Effectively
Conflict is inevitable. The key is to handle conflict effectively when it arises. During this workshop, Liz Hill, JD, Associate Director, Ombuds Office, will use the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) to help you assess your typical behavior in conflict situations, learn about each of the five common conflict resolution styles, and discuss when to use each style.
Open to all grad students and postdocs.
